Booking requests

Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed when our team contacts you. For sudden vision changes or an eye injury, call the practice, NHS 111 or 999.

Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment.

Fees

Prices shown are starting fees. Any fee beyond an NHS sight test is explained before a test or treatment begins.
